Ariel Khachatourian, MRED, is an experienced Architectural Designer with a degree in Architecture from Iran and a Master’s in Architecture focusing on Real Estate Development from Woodbury University. Since moving to Los Angeles in 2016, he has combined his architectural and development expertise to enhance his professional career.
In recent years, Ariel’s primary goal has been to understand his clients’ needs firsthand. By directly engaging with clients, he is able to apply design solutions that ensure the best outcomes for each project. This approach allows him to tailor his designs to meet the vision of his clients, resulting in successful and satisfying project completions.
As principal of Bright Dwellings, established in 2024, Ariel Khachatourian leads the firm, providing comprehensive services from consulting to design development and building permits. We manage diverse projects, including custom homes, multifamily buildings, SB9 developments, and ADUs in Los Angeles, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
