New Medical Horizons Show with Dr. Bahman Bandari
This program will focus on interviews with physicians who will discuss the latest medical procedures and advancements in medical technology and patient care. A portion of the show will also include interviews with medical students from the SoCal Persian American Medical Association (SoCal PAMA) junior affiliates at UCLA and USC. SoCal PAMA has a strict desire to keep the program educational, providing insights into the medical field. Launching on May 13, 2018, this program will air on the following Sundays from 1-2 pm: May 13th, June 10th, July 8th, August 12th, September 9th, October 14th, November 11th and December 9th.
About Our Host:
President and founder of the SoCal Persian American Medical Association (SoCal PAMA), Dr. Bahman Bandari has a great reputation in the medical community as a board-certified internal medicine physician. He founded SoCal PAMA as a non-profit, non-political and non-religious association to help Persian American and American physicians better network, socialize and contribute to the advancements in the medical field. Speaking both English and Farsi, Dr. Bandari is dedicated to the well-being of the Persian American Community in Southern California.
After graduating medical school at the prestigious Tehran University of Medical Science in Iran, Dr. Bandari continued his education by interning at the University of Southern California where he would ultimately complete his residency at the LAC/USC Medical Center. Joining Axminster in 1991, Dr. Bandari is proud of the reputation the group has cultivated in the community. He enjoys collaborating with a team that works closely together to improve a patient’s total well-being.
