LAFC CELEBRATES THE WEEK LEADING UP TO FEB 24 HOME OPENER WITH FULL WEEK OF APPEARANCES & COMMUNITY EVENTS
WHAT: The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) is back for its seventh season in Major League Soccer. The Club will again celebrate the start of the 2024 Major League Soccer season with a week full of community events, player appearances and interactions throughout Los Angeles leading up to the home opener on Saturday, February 24 at 1:30 PM PT against the Seattle Sounders at BMO Stadium.
The Black & Gold take to the streets of Los Angeles with appearances throughout the week at some of LA’s most popular locations, including Golden Road Brewery for LAFC “Trivia Night” with LAFC food and drink specials and surprise guests, fans are invited to La Monarca Bakery & Café to enjoy the café’s celebrated Cafe de Olla and limited edition LAFC Black & Gold Conchas, and a special lunch time celebration will be hosted at Grand Central Market in Downtown L.A. with entertainment and drink specials at Golden Road Grand Central Market in honor of LAFC’s is Back Week.
LAFC continues to be a Force For Good in Los Angeles, with community events planned throughout the week that include players visiting George Washington Carver Middle School and the Black & Gold Run Club will again host a free community run at LA State Historical Park in downtown L.A. on Thursday, Feb. 22.
Fans and community members should be on the lookout for pop-up events and surprises throughout the week including player drop-ins at youth soccer training sessions and special give aways on @LAFC (Instagram) throughout the week.

WHAT: The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) and BMO Stadium will host a Culinary Open House at on Wednesday, February 21. Beginning at 11 a.m. at the stadium, media will have the opportunity to sample featured menu items from the new 2024 food program, including concessions and premium offerings at BMO Stadium curated by Executive Chef Hugo Miranda and hospitality partner Legends Hospitality.
