بیتکوین و رمز-ارزها…. سرمایه گذاری پرسود یا قمار خطرناک مالی؟
طی حدود یک دهه اخیر ظهور نوع جدیدی از واحد پولی در دنیای مجازی به موضوع بحث و بررسی های داغ در میان اقتصاددانان و تحلیلگران مالی تبدیل شده و در عین حال میلیون ها نفر هم طبقه نوظهور سرمایه گذاران رمز ارزها را تشکیل داده اند.
ارز دیجیتال, رمزارز(crypto)، پول سایبری، پول مجازی، نام هاي متفاوتی هستند که همگی یک معنا و مفهوم دارند، گونه جدیدی از ساختار پول نوین که نوعی ابتکار و ابداع مالی به شمارمیرود، به صورت غیر فیزیکی و فقط در فضای مجازی و سایبری. به عبارت ساده‌تر، افراد و گروههای مشخصی نوعی واحد ارزی و پولی جدید و مستقل ایجاد کرده‌اند که برخلاف دلار، پاوند، یورو، پزو، ریال، دینار و…. “دولتی” نیست و همچنین حضور آن فقط در دنیای اینترنتی میسر است.
برخی از انواع گوناگون این پول های مجازی و سایبری، مانند بیتکوین، اتریوم، ریپل، وغیره با رشد قیمت چند هزار درصدی موجب ثروت عظیم برای میلیونرهای نوظهور شده‌اند!! اما در عین حال بسیاری از کارشناسان اقتصادی با این روند تحولات مالی و پولی مخالفند و آنرا نوعی توهم غیر علمی و یک حباب قابل انفجار توصیف می‌کنند.
سخن و استدلال کدامیک از دو طرف این بحث مهم اقتصادی صحیح است؟؟ آیا رمز ارزها کالای سرمایه گذاری و ثروت سازی موثر و موجهی هستند؟؟ ویا ابزاری خطرناک برای قماربازی مدرن اینترنتی؟؟

Bitcoin and Crypto-Currencies; Positive investments or negative speculation?
These days the questions and excitement around the issue of Crypto-currency are among the hottest topics in financial markets and especially among the younger generations, i.e. millennials and Gen Z. These are younger people from late teens and up to under 40 years of age.
Bitcoin, Ether, Shiba, and other varieties of Crypto-currencies have created an obvious appeal and excitement, especially among the younger, and mostly inexperienced, investors. Two major attractions of this new class of investment products are: Potential of huge and quick profits and also the exciting idea of creating a new type of non-governmental currency.
These aspects of virtual-money creation in the cyber space are indeed very unique and exciting events for the believers and followers of what might be called the new world order of cyber economy. But this global financial phenomenon has many opponents too, namely those who consider crypto’s as a new and dangerous financial bubble.
Which side is right and who is wrong in this long running debate?? The New global economy has to be built on the pillars of cyber world and cyber money?? Bitcoin and its numerous cousins are a new lucrative investment and asset class?? Or just a fancy dream and a bubble which is doomed to collapse??
