Radio Cares Feeding America Radiothon
50 million people are facing hunger in the U.S. The economic downturn, prompted by COVID-19, has made a bad situation worse. People who have never had to stand in a food line, or ask friends and family for the essentials of everyday life, have had to do that this past year. Many continue to be hungry. We need your help to feed those in need.
Feeding America and the Independent Broadcasters Association, comprised of thousands of radio stations across America, have joined forces under the banner of Radiocares.org to raise money that enables children, families and seniors to sit down at the table and share a meal tonight.
Feeding America is the leading domestic hunger relief organization with a nationwide network of 200 food banks. As individuals, charities, businesses and government, we all have a role to play in ensuring every family has enough to eat. The Feeding America network of food banks is helping families across America. Every $1 helps provide at least 10 meals secured by Feeding America on behalf of local member food banks.
