
After monitoring weather conditions and ground conditions overnight, PG&E began de-energizing targeted areas beginning at 4 a.m. on Thursday, June. 19, with additional shutoffs after 9:30 a.m. This PSPS could affect approximately 11,500 customers in 15 counties in PG&E’s service area.
Support for impacted customers
PG&E is planning to open 14 Community Resource Centers in 9 of the affected counties (Alameda, Colusa, Contra Costa, Glenn, Monterey, San Luis Obispo, Shasta, Stanislaus and Tehama).
Customers can look up their address online to find out if their location is being monitored for the potential safety shutoff //at www.pge.com/pspsupdates.
