As part of Farhang Foundation’s 2020 Annual Gala Celebrations, we invited three select artists to perform tributes to Iranian artists who have inspired them. Our first performance of this series of #FarhangPerformances is by FarAvaz, one of the leading female Iranian vocalists working today. In this performance, FarAvaz honors two of Iran’s legendary female icons, the magnificent RAMESH and the late songbird POURAN. “I am very grateful to Farhang Foundation for inviting me to participate in this program and to help celebrate and support our Farhang together.
