In this workshop Dr. Ellie Zarrabian will talk about the Use of Poetry in Maintaining Mental Health During the Pandemic. Dating and love have become elusive for many single people during this current crisis. With social/ physical distancing people are feeling more isolated and alone than ever before. In this workshop, Dr. Ellie Zarrabian will discuss Rumi’s poetry in the context of cultivating self love and how it can be applied during isolation to better equip people in finding more long term, sustainable relationships.
