Iranian American Women Foundation Orange County chapter leaders invite you to spend your day at an ocean view venue doing yoga, meditation, learning about nutrition, sound meditation, and great conversations about a healthy lifestyle.
at 9 AM – 4 PM, Irvine, California .
IAWF’s Orange County chapter will host a Summer Wellness Retreat on August 18th at the Boardwalk in Irvine. There will be meditation & yoga, led by Aman & Delbar Ghahreman, and Qigong led by Ramsay Mead. There will also be healing sessions led by health experts, including Dr. Foojan Zeine, Dr. Habib Sadeghi, and Dr. Sherry Sami. Join us at 9:00 am to register at the Boardwalk, 18691 Jamboree Road, Irvine, CA 92612. Please remember to wear comfortable clothing, and bring a yoga mat, small pillow and light blanket.
