Mariya’s Bio:

Mariya Palanjian – entrepreneur, MBA, wife and mother – has built several successful businesses over the course of her career. Her passion for building startups began with her first two companies in the bridal industry, which were featured in national publications and television programming. Over the past several years, Mariya expanded on her passion for scaling brands by establishing GlobaFly in 2017, an advertising agency that successfully implemented city takeover marketing campaigns for nationally recognized clients, such as The New York Times (GlobaFly’s first client), Next Trucking (Forbes’ Next Billion Dollar Company), Mercedes, and Infinity. Mariya strongly believes in the power of spreading global brand awareness and engagement one city at a time. Specializing in targeted city takeovers while incorporating key regional and national influencers, GlobaFly has expanded its portfolio to more than 10 clients and grew 300% year over year through being globally minded and locally connected. Mariya is currently at the helm of Roma Leaf, a successful health & wellness company focused on bringing relief to people’s routines. Co-founded with her husband, Roma Leaf has seen early success, recently being featured in Vanity Fair, GQ, Vogue, Green Entrepreneur, and VoyageLA.
