Meanwhile, the United States now has the highest total number of confirmed COVID-19 casesin the world. And the local number of confirmed cases continues to rise as we move into the next phase of this pandemic. To take care of what’s ahead, we’re going to need more hospitalbeds, masks, shields, gloves, testing, and financial help.
