The garden and mansion of Ain Aldoleh

 

The garden and mansion of Ain Aldoleh is one of the historical buildings and one of the valuable national monuments of Iran, which was built in the Qajaria period. This building is located in Tehran. This garden-mansion, the residence of Yilaaghi “Ain Aldoleh” was the minister of three historically critical periods during the Qajar period and almost the same time with the change of the government from Qajar to Pahlavi, it became the permanent residence of the Hervi family “Basir Aldoleh”. This place, in the time of creation (between 1330–1310). Q) It included a ceremonial mansion, a large pond and many surrounding gardens and in 1376 AD. While it had been destroyed and abandoned years ago, it was identified and on the 4th of July 1377 (1998) it was registered in the National Monuments List of Iran. This building was opened by the mayor of Tehran after reconstruction by the municipality of Tehran in the spring of 1386 (2007) on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the municipality of Tehrran. Currently, Barg Library, one of the most prestigious libraries in Iran, operates in the Ain Aldoleh Mansion.
