LAFC FALLS 2-0 TO SAN JOSE EARTHQUAKES

The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) dropped a 2-0 decision to the San Jose Earthquakes at PayPal Park in San Jose on Saturday night. LAFC falls to 9-11-7 (W-L-T) for 34 points and currently sits in eighth place in the Western Conference standings.

 

San Jose got on the board first with Benjamin Kikanovic scoring in the 3rd minute, and then made it 2-0 in the 47th minute when Javier Lopez found the back of the net.

 

LAFC returns to action on Wednesday, September 29 they host the Portland Timbers at Banc of California Stadium at 7:30 p.m. PT as they celebrate Hispanic Heritage Night Presented by Estrella TV and Heineken.

The game will be broadcast live locally in English on Bally’s Sports SoCal and in Spanish on Estrella TV.
